For the source release, we aren't bundling anything directly. The CMake build 
will rely on dependencies (gtest, gmock, folly, wangle, etc) being installed. I 
don't think we need to do anything for the source release.

I'm reticent to even suggest that we include anything in our bin-release -- the 
likelihood of it working on some user's system, as-is, is so unlikely. I don't 
think it's worth our time (unless we'd start doing some docker-based 
"consumption" model which would be TBD).

IMO, close this one out and let's address it if/when we need to.
