bq. There seems to be two issues at this point; one to do w/ TableInputFormat
mangling scan returning non-existent region start rows (non-reproducible in
straight scan) and then a latent dataloss issue that shows rarely. The former
seems strongly related to HBASE-15650
Just to confirm, so this run with TRT or not? HBASE-16132 couldn't resolve the
TRT issue but maybe related to issue #2 (dataloss issue shows rarely), I guess.
