Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-1752:
------------------------------------------
[~kelderek]: Well, that _isn't_ actually the course we've normally taken - we
usually only bump the versions of items that actually have changes. Sometimes
these changes are minimal - like dependencies and such - but we have left
components back at older versions with a newer release in the past when nothing
actually changes with regard to that component. Our releases have tended to be
infrequent enough that most things tend to have some change, so it doesn't
happen often and certainly not for the more popular components.
That said, I appreciate your input on this, and overall I think that, if we're
going to continue to release Guacamole as a larger single package (okay, two
packages - client and server/guacd), it makes sense to just bump everything.
