My opinion is bumping everything is the best course.
As a user, I agree with bumping the version of everything as it is the most
simple and clear path. When I use guacamole, I use and think of it as a whole
unit, not the collection of projects it actually is.
As a former developer (a long time ago) I personally wouldn't like the version
numbers de-syncing in the projects if they have been synced up until now, and
wouldn't mind a push and release just to bump the numbers and retain parity.
This is especially true for a third level version bump like this one.
