@sunjincheng121 @fhueske i have implemented all the changes you mentioned.
-moved to index list traversals from iterators
-keep last proctime in a valuestate to avoid searching for elements to be
removed several times in case events arrive within the same timestamp
-i moved the harness test in astandalone class name proctimetest in order
to support potential future tests that would do proctime verifications
