Thanks for taking this on @sangkyoonnam! My intent is to restructure the observability chapter as a whole; the scope in the issue may be narrower than intended. Metrics and logs currently feel disconnected. A short observability overview at the beginning would help explain what each provides and how users can use them together, before diving into the details. Event Log should be considered part of that overall restructuring. Please also keep an eye on #1219, which will significantly affect the logging documentation.
