I'd like to take this if no one else is working on it. I read `docs/content/docs/operations/monitoring.md` at e03993e6. The access section comes after all the tables and custom-metric examples, is titled "How to check the metrics with Flink executor", and carries the `action-execute-operator` upgrade note, which fits the release notes better. The timing narrative sits around the Event and Action table and the Execution table: the input-run start boundary, restore, and parallel-batch fan-in. The log example is Python only, with Java linked out to the Flink docs. None of #1226–#1236 mentions the Event Log section, so I'd treat it the same way: keep the record format and levels, trim the occurrence and publication timing, and move its Compatibility Notes to the release notes, unless you'd rather track that separately. Option references would follow whatever #1234 settles on. I'd check metric names, scopes and paths against the runtime metric code on main; I'm already in it for #1238, which stays a separate fix.
