@snuyanzin it was great meeting you at Community Over Code! This is the Develocity PR we talked about. It publishes Build Scans from the GitHub Actions workflows and sets up the build cache. Every build can read from the remote cache, and only CI builds write to it. Build Scans work with the `DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY` that ASF Infra already provides. For CI to write to the cache, a PMC member would need to ask ASF Infra for a cache-push-enabled Develocity account for Flink.
