{{testEmptyJsonArrayDeserialization}} and {{testJsonArrayToMultiRecords}} in
{{JsonRowDataSerDeSchemaTest}} pass {{isJsonParser}} to
{{createDeserializationSchema}}, but they are plain {{@Test}} methods, so the
field is always false and only {{JsonRowDataDeserializationSchema}} is tested.
The top-level array handling in {{JsonParserRowDataDeserializationSchema}} from
FLINK-18590 isn't covered by any test in {{flink-json}}. We should run both
tests as {{@TestTemplate}}, like the other tests in the class that use the
parameter.
