Fixed by registering a serializer directly for `ContentBlock` on the Event
Log mappers, replacing the message/result-specific serializers. This also
sanitizes blocks inside `ToolResponseEvent` and nested tool results, while
ordinary serialization preserves the full payload. Added STANDARD/VERBOSE
tool-response tests and a generic-event SLF4J test.
