Pekko 1.1.3 was just released. It has no changes in the Netty area but you 
might want to consider using it if you want to persist with the move to Netty 
4. Pekko 1.1.3 was built and tested with the latest Netty 4 release (which is 
newer than the one that was used when Pekko 1.1.2 was released).
