[~xuyangzhong] somne thoughts on the scope of this issue:
I have been reviewing some of the prs. I notice the the docs need to be amended
to not refer to the deleted deprecated API. Also the Python APIs need to
amended - I see [https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/25524] where there was a
Python java API that called the java API that was being removed.
I suggest in addition to the code removal and make good, the tests [~Sergey
Nuyanzin] mentions, the docs and Python APIs need also be considered.
My worry is that that the Python API may not have been marked as deprecated,
does this stop us removing the deprecated JAVA API if it is relied on?
