@zentol , thanks for your detailed review. IMO, I thought that overriding the `cleanupDirectories` method in `ClusterEntrypoint` could solve the situation calling `shutdownAsync()`, `closeAsync ` and `close` method in `ApplicationClusterEntryPoint` for closing the `PackagedProgram`.
