Hi [~zhisheng],

Could you share how is `yarn.provided.lib.dirs` configured in your case? The 
client logs would also be helpful.

I checked the codes ant there's nothing suspicious. What you described that 
Flink uses jars in `lib/` should only happen if the provided lib directory is 
empty.
