What do you need for that? I would assume that everything is already there.
What if we implement a different version of the `RequestHandler` which
receives the `ChannelHandlerContext`. Or we create a
`RuntimeMonitorHandlerBase` which implements `channelRead0` but not
`respondLeader`.
