hequn8128 opened a new pull request #7622: [FLINK-11445][table] Deprecate static methods in TableEnvironments URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/7622 ## What is the purpose of the change This pull request deprecates static methods in TableEnvironments and direct to the java/scala Batch/StreamTableEnvionrment.create() approach. ## Brief change log - Deprecated the getTableEnvironment method in TableEnvironment. - Deprecate the constructors of all table environments.
