Review comment:
Is this the best naming conviction for the new Kafka connector? If the new
connector will track the latest Kafka release, then it may be best no to encode
the Kafka version in the artifact id, and instead just name it
`flink-connector-kafka` or some such, and update the dependencies as needed
when the connector is updated to a new Kafka client version.
