I can see how these methods can be useful for debugging. However, besides that 
they don't offer much value, potentially cause problems, and bloat the API. 

IMO, we should drop at least {{writeAsCsv()}} and {{writeUsingOutputFormat()}}. 
Not sure how much debugging value {{writeToSocket()}} adds.
