This patch contains the nonce/timestamp verification as detailed in the OAuth2 
spec here: http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-oauth-v2-http-mac-01#page-10
Please use this patch if you would like to incorporate nonce checking as well. 
If not, the earlier patch should be fine.
