The RSA interfaces/classes are still out of sync with the official OSGi svn;
when run against the official code, LocalDiscoveryUtilsTest fails with an NPE.
The attached patch fixes this and checks for the correct behaviour
(service.exported.configs should have been removed from the
EndpointDescription). The new test will correctly fail when run against the RSA
classes currently in the cxf svn.
