- Updated the RSA interfaces once more to the version of the 13.01.10
- Removed some old unused classes and the RSA interfaces from the old spec
- Reactivated some old tests and added some new ones
- Removed the rewrite of localhost to an external IP needs to be re added to
the RSA in a different way
- Did some mostly smaller fixes for the OSGi RSA TCK
- Corrected the shut down of the RSA
