It tends to reproduce on large projects when reinstalling the platform for one reason or another (e.g. removing the platform and installing a new version of it)... but I haven't ever reproduce it reliably nor can I ever reproduce in a very simple project either. I don't think I have ever saw this issue on cordova-android projects either.
