Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27930 — camel run
--background waits for the integration to start (--background-wait, a duration,
60s by default), exits 124 when it is still starting, keeps its output in
~/.camel/<pid>-run.log; a missing file exits 3 and an integration without
routes exits 1 before it runs idle.
