Decided 2026-10-15 (CAMEL-25389, https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27909): a
missing input file exits with 3 (not found), not 1, for every extension, and
like every other command. The simple checks (a missing {{file:}} source, a
missing {{--source-dir}}) already return 3 in that PR. Here the check should
move before {{run()}} recreates the {{.camel-jbang}} work dir, so it fails fast
without side effects and can get a unit test. Timeouts (still starting when
{{--background-wait}} expires) exit with 124.
