Julian Hyde commented on CALCITE-883:
-------------------------------------
OK, you convinced me. Let's add {{ignoreNulls}} for all calls, aggregate calls
and window function calls.
I'm going to do a final review, fix up, and commit.
I'm going to split your SqlKind.NULL_TREATMENT into RESPECT_NULLS and
IGNORE_NULLS. Then we can compare kind values rather than using
SqlOperator.equals. And maybe some other minor fix-up.
> Support RESPECT NULLS, IGNORE NULLS option for LEAD, LAG, FIRST_VALUE,
> LAST_VALUE window functions

> For convenience, I copied and pasted the reporter Khurram Faraaz's
> description here:
> "The SQL standard defines a RESPECT NULLS or IGNORE NULLS option for lead,
> lag, first_value, and last_value window functions."
> In Calcite, we should have been able to recognized this option.
