I see a message on 3 Dec, which declares the charter draft complete. Then there were 3-4 comments to that message (I have not read them in detail, so I'm not pushing you either to include or not). Can you confirm that your draft charter needs no updates to the 3 Dec version? I hope you both have happy holidays.
