The publication of the *existence* of those specs is one thing; but sharing the pre-final Specifications themselves with non-OCF-members can’t happen prior to IPR completion, I’m sure.
Really the right answer is that if you’re interested in pre-release Specs for whatever reason, just join OCF: it’s free!
