As of today OCF Spec release information is announced in OCF Mailing list only. If IoTivity dev community thinks this is important for IoTivity community as well, they can raise this request to ISG, who in turn should communicate with OSWG in OCF for OCF board approval.
But there is one mor way, just join OCF as Basic member (Free) and enjoy this and more benefits (refer to OCF membership page).
