This looks like a easy to debug problem. You can run a diff of the old
version (from a backup), with the new version. Winmerge is good
windows tool to do that visually.

Easy..  is in english what to do.  Maybe this is some new code added
for Linux, that break some code in Windows?, you can do as the error
say.
