Oops. Corrected:
Will PHP 5.6 go into 'security fixes only' on 28 Aug 2016 with a end of
life on 28 Aug 2017? Or will we be postponing this a couple of months?

>BTW: An end-of-life in Dec 2016 will be in line wih the EOL of OpenSSL

Windows users will have a problem then after 2016-12-31. A way out would
be to compile PHP 5.6 in 2017 with OpenSSL 1.0.2.
