With the holiday season quickly approaching and with more developers taking
time off as a result, I would like to again propose (suggest) that January
2016 release maybe more appropriate.  I would not wish for PHP development
to rush to release and I feel it would give everyone more time to review
any outstanding issues (less pressure).
