Could you please write it in an RFC or revive a previous one, so that we can 
clearly see what you're proposing. And please start a new thread to discuss 
this. I understand that DbC is a good use case for annotations but this is not 
the same subject.

Maybe annotations will be approved as a pre-requisite for DbC, but it is not 
the only possible solution, and getting a consensus on annotations AND DbC for 
March 15 seems improbable.
