I think this is way too aggressive. This means basically next to nothing that is not already has prepared RC gets into 7, since only discussion + vote would take at least a month for anything substantial, and you have to also work on RFC and patch. And not everybody has time to work on all this fulltime, and some discussions can be slow or long-winded. I think Zeev's timeline looks much better in this regard.
