As one of the "delayers", we do a shit load of work and I was one of the 1st to contribute to phpng, code and doc, before giving up because of the constant moving and lack of sync possibility. I never said that Dmitry does nothing or bad work. But rushing this RFC, even if you may get it accepted, is a strategic mistake.
