As an update, I've now pushed the remaining changes to /releases to make this "live" (in the sense of being linked from somewhere). I've left it in the sidebar for now, rather than adding it to the blurb on that page. Again, I'd welcome updates to wording, functionality, et cetera. (Particularly if you have web/php.git karma and can do it yourself.) In particular, it would be good to have notes about the actual security status of EOLed branches, as suggested above — although my suspicion is that they all have serious security issues at this point, given some of the fixes that have gone into 5.3 and 5.4 in the last 12 months.
