[PHP-DEV] PHP development environment

Hi all,

I'm just starting with the internal PHP development.
Do you have some sort of common development environment? Eclipse project or
the like?

I'm using Ubuntu but also have a WXP, just for the sake of.

how do you develop PHP ?
