My thoughts exactly. I realize it's a bold move, but it's a much better alternative than the fuzz about an implementation that doesn't work, or is incomplete, or needs to be broken in the future to add new stuff.
Of course, if we have no implementation this means it is complete, not broken and never needs any stuff to be added. That's perfect, let's do all the features this way!
