there are no doubt loads of other fixes, upgrades and necessaries which
people are waiting for from the release of 5.3 - they are *more
important* than the implementation of namespaces.
If you're still debating over which option to go for, then you don't
have a perfect implementation yet; leave it out.

*totally stupid* release two 5.3's and let the public decide;
download 1: PHP 5.3
download 2: PHP 5.3 with namespaces
(and indeed swap should the namespaces fail badly)
