A small reply to this post (I'm still testing intl and writing my feedback reply), more specifically to this answer. Yes, please tell us your "long" term plan/roadmap/todo, what is the remaining work in intl and unicode, in php6 (from a ICU integration point of view). We have a wonderful tool to document such tasks very efficiently at http://wiki.php.net. Doing so may help you to do not be "out of resources" and to get contributions from the PHP community directly. Another question is still not answered, I read a couple of times "we decided" or similar answers. As it is obvious that things have to be decided, I did not find any public reference about any kind of discussions so I suppose that it was done off list or in your private list. Secondly I find amazing to reject requests because you already decided the right way to do it. If it is so, why do you ask for our opinions?
