Commiting to HEAD is not possible. How often do I have to tell that.
Because of the unicode changes the patch has to be majorly rewritten.
Additionally it is simply impossible to commit to HEAD and test against
it, because the fileupload code in CVS HEAD is broken because of all the
unicode changes.

There is no point in rewritting the patch while the fileupload code in
CVS HEAD simply segfaults if you upload a file.

It would help PHP much if you guys stop bothering people who actually
KNOW what they do and why they do it. If I had your attitude and would
not look through other peoples code instead of flaming them, then PHP
would have countless remote code execution vulnerabilities.

Your behaviour really makes me sick. Again and again I wonder, why in
hell should I tell you the remote code execution vulnerabilities that
currently exist in HEAD due to the unicode code. There is actually no
gain for me. As usually my work will be disrespected by monkeys like
antony and companies like Zend or IBM will continue to claim that it is
them who improve PHP's security.
