You're probably being glib, but I don't think that being a dedicated, professional PHP developer has much to do with being on any of the lists. Most of the people I know who do serious work in PHP subscribe to none of the lists.php.net lists. It's probably not the best place to catch the pulse of the user-base. If anything, I'd assume that your own pro-services group and consulting partners would have better insight into what people are doing with PHP.
