Nah, we discussed this thing for a bit, but I didn't add that function
yet to this RFC.
Good. That function would be evil (imho). Given that you can't
access super-globals as variable-variables, I think that having to
really get at _RAW_GET[] will make it much more transparent when an
application is using unfiltered data.
