Yeah it's definitely worrying. I am hoping that Derick will get those tests
sorted out as I was hoping to RC in a short time frame. Hopefully when Beta
2 gets out there we'll get some more testing.

My worry is mostly that this is a brand new strtotime implementation so
stuff that used to work in PHP 4.3.x/5.0.x now suddenly doesn't. What
we really need is an extensive set of tests for the old implementation
and try to systematically make sure it works in the new one. I know
there are a number of tests there already, but I bet someone out there
has an exchaustive list of strtotime tests.
