I'm not sure this even needs RFC. By default it doesn't - only if any core
dev requests it. But for me the user space exposure will be relatively
small and we have got already some API standards from Session RFC so we
might not need RFC. It should just start with PR though.

Yeah I can help with review but my time is quite limited so might be a bit
slow over the summer.
