Several members have asked not to have a debate on this mailing list, let's respect their opinions too. As an option, I suggest either creating a PR with a news/banner and discussing _there_ in the comments, so that people who want to express their opinion will take part in the discussion, not the whole mailing list, or create an RFC and vote (regarding this situation and all similar ones ever in the future) β should PHP react to such world events. β wbr, Sergey Panteleev
