Also: important to choose words/names that are being adopted elsewhere; thus
people will recognise it as they have learned it elsewhere.

I cannot predict what new words will become the replacement for blacklist - if
it is indeed replaced. No one can.

I would suggest that this be put into the cooler until (and if) there is general
agreement elsewhere -- we would not want to change again in a couple of years
as we had chosen the 'wrong' term.
