I set up the bugs database here: http://phpbugs.zirzow.dyndns.org/ It seems to work fine, i haven't tested all the stuff yet, though. It's set up, for testing purposes, so it doesn't email reports and the 'developers' username and password are ok everytime, What about news.php.net and cvs.php.net?
