You easily see what is taken from the language and what is user-land code.
Yeah, obviously. But what exactly do I gain from that? The only thing I could figure is that when you see an unknown function, you can immediately realize whether to grep the repository, or look on php.net/foo (if course unless using a decent editor). This has never really been a problem for me, though, hence the question. I do realize though, that it might slightly increase beginner-friendliness - is that the reasoning behind that point?
