This is known and an open bug report, there are many files that live in this boat: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=24397
I've looked how to fix these bugs. Should I rename files php5<something> and update the workspace, or whould we keep the php4<something> files but create new DLLs with the php5 naming style?
In short, should we cvs delete php4* and cvs add php5* or just commit the changes to the actual files?
Question: Do we have any build docs on how to compile PHP with MSVC++? I can't compile since I'm missing some includes (arpa/inet.h and libxml.h or something)
