As a sidenote, you can even tag the cvs using the pear command after you
have packaged a release :).

Hmmm, there is still to find a nice way for the distribution process.
Stig thought about something like Foo_Bar-win32-1.2.3.tgz. We should
also alter the list of packages on pear/pecl website to highlight the
different kind of packages, sources or binaries.

And some people here would like to get them secured, using some keys.
What's about that?
